By creating an account or using AsteriQ services, you agree to the following terms.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Maintaining account credentials
Managing user permissions
Ensuring accuracy of uploaded information
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Customers shall not:
Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
Reverse engineer or copy the platform
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Customer Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all information submitted to AsteriQ.
AsteriQ receives a limited license to store, process, and display such information solely for the purpose of providing the services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of data they upload to the platform.
Data Security
AsteriQ employs commercially reasonable security measures.
However, AsteriQ does not warrant that the platform will be free from cyber attacks, unauthorized access, security breaches, or service interruptions.
Customers acknowledge and accept these inherent risks of using cloud-based software services.
Service Availability
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
AsteriQ does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
AsteriQ targets 99.0% monthly availability but this is a target, not a guarantee. See our Service Level Agreement for full details.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsteriQ shall not be liable for:
Lost profits or revenue
Lost business opportunities
Data loss or corruption
Reputation damage
Indirect, special, or consequential damages
The maximum liability of AsteriQ shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous three (3) months.
Indemnity
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AsteriQ against any claims arising from:
Customer content or data
Customer business operations
Regulatory violations by the customer
Misuse of the services
Termination
AsteriQ may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Non-payment of subscription fees
Abuse of the platform
Security threats
Violation of these Terms of Service
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting support.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.
Changes to Terms
AsteriQ may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email.
Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
