Customers are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, controlling user access permissions, and keeping independent copies of critical business information.
AsteriQ utilises third-party infrastructure providers including Supabase and Vercel. While these providers maintain industry-standard security controls, AsteriQ shall not be liable for outages, breaches, or disruptions arising from third-party infrastructure beyond its reasonable control.
